If you have lifting tracks, it is available, we support only processing the curtain, about
the price, you can contact our customer service. If you have installed the roman rod or slide
track, it is not available. Roman shade requires specific track, you can purchase from us directly.
What size does Roman shade support?
The width range of flat shaped Roman shades is from 14 inch to 67 inch, height is no limited,
as long as in bearing limits. The minimum width of fan shaped roman shades is 18 inch, height must
be above 1.7 times of width that can be made.
NOTE: we will resend you new replacement if the parcel damage
or not receive ,But pls feedback the this information to lacal courier copmay which do delivery
to you ,and do ask them to record and reply. it is the first important step to ask for claim

Our windows are open inside, can I choose the roman shades?
If you install flat shaped Roman shades, track needs to be installed above 10 inch distance from
window frame, to avoid opening window. If you install fan shaped Roman shades, track needs to
be installed above 20-24 inch distance from window frame, to avoid opening windows.
If our windows are very wide, can I choose Roman shades?
Yes, if your window width is over 67 inch, you can divide the shade into two pieces or
multi- Roman shades side by side, if you want to know the information, you can ask our
customer service for design sketch.
Can Roman shades be made into double sides?
Sorry, we only supports to process single layer Roman shades, and if you like,
you can add lining.
How to clean Roman shades and can it shrink?
Take the curtain away from the track, don’t need to remove the track. Pure cotton and
cotton/linen fabric has some shrinkage rates, you can add some heights for this type fabric,
if it can’t, we can add two bordures to cover the curtain to reserve the shrining size.
Can Roman shades black out sun lights?
It is different according to different fabric type, if the fabric is not high level,
you can add the lining to black out sun lights, shrinking fabric can not be added lining.
Can I need to purchase accessories?
Our price includes track, lifting system and screws, customers don’t need to purchase

What circumstances need to add lining?
1. When you have high requirement for Roman shades quality, you can add lining with similar color
on the back to cover the back to be even more refined and complete.
2. When you have high requirement for blackout, you can add physical shade cloth as lining.
Now professional physical shade cloth on the market is limited by craft which has fewer colors
and most beautiful blackout fabrics are basically semi-shade. So in order to achieve the balance
between beautiful color and good blackout feature we need to add environmental physics shade
cloth in the back.
